Main article: Clymene (disambiguation)

In Greek mythology, Clymene (Greek: Κλυμένη, Klymene, "fame") was one of the Oceanides and, thus, a daughter of Oceanus and Tethys. Clymene was one of the elder Oceanides, making her a Titanide; she presided over fame and renown. She married the Titan Iapetus and bore him four sons: Atlas, Prometheus, Epimetheus, and Menoetius.

Some sources make Clymene the mother of Deucalion by Prometheus and the mother of Phaethon, Astris, and the Heliades by Helios.
