In Greek mythology, Asteria (Greek: Αστερια, "starry" or "falling-star") was a daughter of Coeus and Phoebe. She married Perses and bore him one daugher, Hecate. Asteria was the Titanide of nocturnal oracles and falling stars. She also may have persided over oneiromancy and astrology.

After being lusted after by Zeus, Asteria threw herself into the Aegean Sea in the form of a quail to escape his advances. She was transformed into the island of Delos.
